Job Description:

Attend service calls inside and outside Kathmandu valley
Install, demonstrate, and train customers on the product’s operations
Ensure that drivers and programs are properly installed
Proper maintenance of all machines in the field
Resolving customer queries and provides technical support
Other office duties assigned by management

Job Description:

• Keep detail record of all customers with all products.
• Make follow up call to all customer bases on their copy/print volume for consumables and spare parts.
• Send necessary estimate of consumables and spare parts to the customer.
• Visit customer to explain about Estimate / Original toner / spare parts etc and for necessary survey.
• Forecast consumables and spare parts for the inventory master plan.
